For the best experience, sit or lie down in a comfortable place where you will not be interrupted for 30 minutes.
Once you're ready, press play, close your eyes, and tune in to your breath while connecting with my voice. Please note that guided meditations are best experienced with your awareness withdrawn from everything external (except the meditation of course) and placed within yourself and your imagination.
