Unravel | Guided Journey Meditation

This guided meditation channeled during a live class takes you on a journey through consciousness beginning with the essential mindfulness and breathing exercises to induce a relaxed state of being, followed by an opportunity to make peace with the past and heal the 'little you.'

From there, you unravel the false layers of your ego-self and unfold as the true being of flow, love, and light that you are. Towards the end, you are guided with affirmations (I speak them in the first person) and visualizations for creating your ideal day, week, and life.

The purpose of this mediation is to guide your consciousness through the process of spiritual alchemy; the transmutation of energy form a lower vibrational frequency to higher vibrational states. You are the one healing yourself, I am simply guiding you through the process.

Proper Environment: Please note that guided meditations are most effective when your awareness is withdrawn from everything external (except the meditation of course) and placed within yourself and your imagination.

And even the guidance moves inside of you at a certain point and is no longer something that you are hearing, rather, are intimately experiencing within your inner being.

To achieve the desired results, you'll need to be fully engaged without distractions and allow yourself to go through the process of decompressing then moving into deep rest and relaxation while remaining completely alert. Use headphones if necessary.

  • Proper Focus: As thoughts enter your mind, simply let them pass through like clouds in the sky. Don't resist them, don't engage them, simply notice them come and notice them go.

  • Proper Breathing and Posture: To achieve a heightened state of consciousness, one must take in enough oxygen so make sure that you're not slouching. Sit up tall and straight and feel your belly and ribs expand out when you inhale and collapse as you exhale. You may lie down if you have difficulty sitting up for long periods.

This is an interactive experience that will not produce the desired effect or even sound the same to you if you just casually listen to it.

Still yourself and give yourself fully to the experience. Allow yourself to be carried along for a bit. Rest. Relax.Restore. May this serve you along your sacred journey of self-discovery! Enjoy!
